Lanternfall - Autumn 2026

SideQuest's first seasonal road is here! Lanternfall is the name of the event that features earnable autumn rewards.

Season Dates

• Starts: September 30, 2026 at 11:29 AM Eastern Time (EDT).
• Ends: November 25, 2026 at 10:29 AM Eastern Time (EST).

8-weeks (56 days) to complete a 30-level season road.

You must be on app version 8.7.6 or later to see the event.

How It Works

Open Season Road from your dashboard to view your progress and the rewards.

You start at Season Level 1, each level takes 5,000 Season XP.

• Season XP is earned by daily check-ins, giving 3,000 Season XP.
• Completing Solo and Co-Op Expeditions gives Season XP based on difficulty, up to 1,500 base expedition XP per day.

Season Level 30 is the max for all item-based rewards but you may continue to keep earning coins every three levels until the season ends.

Free Rewards

Everyone can progress through all 30 levels and claim the free rewards. Highlights include:

• Autumn Wanderer title at Road Level 7.
• Autumn Clouds background at Road Level 28.
• 15 gems in total, XP brews, a Stat Hammer, an Affinity Flask, and other items throughout the road.

Lanternfall Pass

The optional Lanternfall Pass unlocks additional rewards along the same road. Highlights include:

• Lanternkeeper title at Road Level 2.
• Lantern Woods background at Road Level 6.
• Autumn Leaf reaction at Road Level 11.
• Lanternfall XP bar at Road Level 23.
• Bat pet at Road Level 30.
• 125 gems in total and other items throughout the road.

The pass also adds 20% to newly earned Season XP after purchase. This boost applies to Season Road progress only. Not normal player XP. Previously earned Season XP is not boosted retroactively.

If you buy the pass later in the season, you may claim all prior rewards that you've reached the Season Level for.

Claim Before the Deadline

Claim all rewards before November 25 at 10:29 AM Eastern Time (EST). Reaching a level does not automatically claim its reward.

Still have preseason rewards waiting? Open "Previous Season" to collect them before October 2 at 6:22 AM Eastern Time (EDT).

Thanks for playing!
